All appointments must be booked in advance and paid in full prior to the session unless otherwise stated.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If a client arrives late:
Session time may be shortened
Full payment will still apply
Excessive lateness may require rescheduling
Clients who do not attend scheduled appointments without notice will not receive a refund.
Due to the time, preparation, and energetic nature of spiritual services:
All completed services are non-refundable
Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable
Deposits are non-refundable
Refunds may only be considered at the sole discretion of The Light Empress in exceptional circumstances.
Reasonable emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
